Today I woke up fine. Feeling great. Even dressed up for work. I decided to use my 30 min lunch to run. Slowly conditioning my body to get used to running again... I had my Tank, my shorts... my new shoes... BUT
I forgot.
My claritin.
And within 5 minutes of returning to my desk, I am a sneezing- watery eyed-stuffy nose mess. It has been 3 and 1/2 hours since I poped my claritin after my run and I cant focus for NOTHIN!!!
Im miserable.
